I work with couples, families, and individuals of all ages. Men, teens, and parents of young children often find my direct, engaging approach especially helpful. I help people deal with anxiety, depression, parenting, work, school, and other issues. I have particular expertise in helping couples wrestling with whether and how to become parents, and with adjusting to parenthood.

My active, engaging approach uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, narrative, psychodynamic, and structural family methods. I can help you understand what is going on in your life, why your approaches to it are not working, and what you can do to move forward.
